Ughhh, came in for a recall, was told it was gonna take a few days. Ended up going two weeks with no car. There are never any loaners... worst of all the mechanics replaced the recall parts and left my car with broken bolts and NOW a malfunctional seatbelt (i think they put it back in wrong). But anyways, NEVER AGAIN! Its probably time i go for a luxury brand next and sell my mopar.

I had a really great experience buying my Jeep Wrangler from Cutter Dodge Jeep in Pearl City. From start to finish, the process felt straightforward, honest, and easy to navigate. Ace was the salesperson who helped me with the test drive. He is also a veteran, which I appreciated, and he came across as very down-to-earth, helpful, and genuine. He was easy to talk to, and I never felt like he was putting on a show or pressuring me. Derek, the sales manager, was also very helpful and real throughout the process. He worked with me in a way that felt fair and respectful, and I appreciated how he helped make the deal work. I also worked with Kai in finance. He was professional, helpful, and made the finance side of things feel smooth. Buying a vehicle always has that dealership dynamic where they are there to sell and you are there to buy, but I genuinely did not feel like I was being swindled or pushed into something. My Jeep 4XE had a service charging system error and wouldn't start. I called Cutter Dodge and explained the error and they dispatched a tow truck. Brenda was the service advisor assigned, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out as she even helped with the rental process. Highly recommend asking for Brenda if you want reliable and efficient support to get your vehicle repaired as quickly as possible.

This review isn’t on the Dealership itself but on a particular associate in the service department. Everything was fine until I got a call from her 45 minutes prior to our service appointment for them to cancel saying they can’t lift our truck. Mind you that this appointment had already been scheduled twice. They did have our VIN and info since they told us about a recall that also had to be done. She stood her ground on not taking in the truck even though the work on it didn’t require they lift it. She did not try to make right what they did wrong. She wanted to argue on who made the appointment in the first place. Much more can be said but I will end this here. Too disappointed to continue.
